Official Rules
Eligibility
No purchase necessary. Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Contest period and draw
Entries will be accepted from October 6, 2026 through December 6, 2026, and the winner will be selected at random on or about December 8, 2026 from all eligible entries received. A skill-testing question may be required prior to being declared a winner, where required by applicable law based on the winner's jurisdiction.
How entries are earned
Participants may earn entries during the contest period, to a maximum of one hundred (100) entries per person, as follows: two (2) entries for every $10 spent; five (5) bonus entries with the purchase of an 8-Pack Discovery Set; one (1) entry for referring a friend to the sweepstakes; one (1) entry for following Bathorium on Instagram; one (1) entry for following Bathorium on TikTok; one (1) entry for liking and commenting on the designated Instagram contest post; and one (1) entry for reposting the designated contest post, subject to verification through photo or screenshot submission where requested.
Prize value
The total approximate retail value of the prize is $15,000 and includes the accommodation, breakfast and flight gift card described herein.
The resort stay
The complimentary resort stay is valid for twelve (12) months from the date the prize certificate is issued and must be completed within that validity period. All reservations are subject to resort availability, and major holidays, peak travel periods and other high-demand dates may be excluded, with additional blackout dates applying based on resort availability at the time of booking. While there is no required minimum advance booking period, the winner is encouraged to contact the resort as early as possible to allow for the greatest flexibility in selecting preferred travel dates, which are not guaranteed. The winner must book the stay directly with the resort's Room Reservations team at sb.reservations@viceroy.com, quoting the certificate number provided. The complimentary stay is non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash or credit alternative and may not be combined with any other offer, promotion or certificate. Any additional nights, accommodation upgrades, meals and beverages outside of the included bed and breakfast, transportation, airport transfers, activities, excursions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses or other incidentals are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The flight gift card
The flight gift card may be used solely toward eligible flights operated by Star Alliance partner airlines (airline partner to be confirmed by Bathorium) from the winner's home airport to St. Lucia and may not be used toward any other flights or travel. The flight gift card is non-refundable, non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Travel documents and extra costs
The winner and any accompanying guest(s) are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required passports, visas, travel authorizations, identification, travel insurance, health insurance and any other documentation or coverage necessary for travel. Any costs incurred beyond those expressly included in the prize, including costs resulting from delays, cancellations, missed connections, changes to travel plans, additional accommodation, transportation or other unforeseen circumstances, are the sole responsibility of the winner, and Bathorium, the contest sponsor, resort, airline partners and other prize providers will not be responsible for such additional costs.
General conditions
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash except at the sponsor's discretion where required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bathorium, the contest sponsor, the resort, airline partners and any other contest or prize partners, together with their respective affiliates, employees, agents and representatives, are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, delay, cancellation, theft, property damage, personal injury, death or other incident, expense or circumstance that may occur in connection with an entrant's participation in the contest or the winner's or guest's acceptance, use or enjoyment of the prize, including travel to or from the destination or the stay in St. Lucia, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Your agreement
By entering or otherwise participating in the contest, each entrant confirms that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and agrees to comply with all applicable federal, provincial, state, local and other laws, regulations and governing requirements applicable in their jurisdiction. Bathorium's responsibility in connection with the prize is limited to administering the contest, selecting and notifying the eligible winner and providing the selected winner with the applicable resort stay certificate and flight gift card or travel credit described herein. Following delivery of those prize components, all reservations, travel arrangements, documentation, insurance, expenses and participation in the trip are the responsibility of the winner, subject always to any obligations or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
