Greg Macdonald founded Bathorium in 2014, after a trip to Positano, Italy. A local homeowner drew him a bath of coconut crème, cocoa butter, essential oils, dead sea salt, clays and black tea. It soothed his sunburn and softened his skin.
He came home and began recreating those Italian apothecary-style baths in his kitchen. Gilded Spice carries the same idea into the holidays.
