Bathorium Returns & Satisfaction Policy
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery, you must notify Bathorium in writing within fourteen (14) days of the confirmed delivery date by contacting info@bathorium.com and providing your order number and photographic evidence of the alleged defect or damage.
Eligibility for Return Consideration
To qualify for return review:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Requests submitted beyond fourteen (14) days of delivery may be reviewed at Bathorium’s sole discretion.
Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of our products, all return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Bathorium reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit, refuse, or reject returns or refunds where excessive return activity, suspected misuse, abuse of policy, or improper use of products is identified. We are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges.
Resolution Determination
All claims are subject to review and approval by Bathorium. Upon evaluation, Bathorium may determine the appropriate remedy, which may include:
- Replacement of the product
- Issuance of store credit
- Troubleshooting guidance or usage support
- Refund to the original method of payment (where applicable)
Monetary reimbursement to the original method of payment may be issued only in exceptional circumstances and at Bathorium’s sole discretion. Bathorium reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Product Performance Concerns
If a product does not meet expectations, customers are encouraged to contact Customer Care for assistance. Bathorium may, at its discretion, provide product usage guidance, recommend alternative products, or offer store credit in lieu of a refund.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and are eligible only for exchange or store credit, subject to availability.
Gift Purchases
If a product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, any approved return will be issued in the form of Bathorium store credit.
If the item was not designated as a gift at the time of purchase, any approved resolution will be provided to the original purchaser in accordance with this policy and at Bathorium’s sole discretion.
Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon delivery. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping method and obtain shipping insurance. Bathorium is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit and cannot guarantee receipt of returned merchandise.
