Can I use these if I'm still getting periods?
Yes. They are built for relief at any stage of life, not for one.
Are these safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. pH balanced to your skin's own 4.5 to 5.5, and free from synthetic fragrance, sulfates and the harsh chemicals that usually set sensitivity off.
What if I don't have a bathtub?
Use one as a foot soak in a basin. You still get the mineral salts and the aromatherapy.
Will these interfere with HRT or other medications?
They are topical and for external use only. Ask your own doctor about your treatment plan.
How is this different from regular Epsom salt baths?
Epsom salt is one mineral. These bring together mineral salts, pH balanced clays and pure essential oils, so one bath works on sore muscles, dry skin and a restless mind at the same time.
