Step 2: Empty one sachet of Hinoki Magnesium Bath Flakes into the water, allowing the minerals to begin dissolving.
Step 3: Add two scoops of Northern Sage Recovery or Eucalyptus Apothecary Crush Bath Soak under running water for a deeply aromatic, therapeutic experience.
Step 4: Soak for 30–40 minutes, letting the magnesium-rich blend penetrate deep into muscles while the crisp, purifying essential oils ease tension and calm the nervous system.
